Your order will be shipped to you in on the 2nd or 4th week of the month. See Shipping Policy for more details. If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time for any of the above monthly packages, you must provide us with a personal phone call or email us directly to cancel the subscription. You will receive confirmation from us via email that your Monthly membership has been canceled. Any remaining unused balance due you on the 6 Month and 1 Year prepaid packages will be refunded to you less a 20% service charge. The 1 Year Package will no longer receive the 15% discount on additional box orders after cancellation of membership. Please allow us a 15 day window to process your request for cancellation.
