- We want to address your situation as quickly as humanly possible!
- Each situation will be addressed on an individual case-by-case basis. Different situations require different solutions!
- Our cigars are perishable, non-fumigated products and can dehydrate quickly! Please take care of your cigars while we make a plan to resolve your situation.
- You cannot smoke the whole box and then tell us you have a problem! We weren't born yesterday....
- We do not fumigate our pristine tobacco. We reccomend you keep our stock separated from fumigated cigars in order to avoid cross-contamination.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged. Please refer to Shipping Policy for more info.
- Refunds for AUTHORIZED returns will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
